RULES FOR THE ABOVE EVENTS
#2. NO hanging out around parked cars!
#3. NO littering of any kind on the streets!
#4. NO throwing trash over fences {$10.00 fine to pay neighbors!}
#5. NO yelling, loitering or dirty language around fences!
#6. NO drinking without ID!
#7. NO weapons or violence allowed!
Have respect for our neighbors and there will be no problems with police in
their agreement with us. We of the Oasis have completely fulfilled our peace
keeping agreement with the neighbors for over one year now. In return they have
agreed to leave our events alone providing that our guest behave and fallow the
above rules. This will also act as a test on their word to avoid further legal
action to be taken on our part.
