The Board of Directors was formed to create Oasis Botanical Sanctuary a non-profit public benefit corporation dedicated to the Restoration of Ecolibrium though the establishment of environmental educational facilities to promote ecological stewardship.

Through the creation of vast botanical sanctuaries for the preservation of endangered species of flora.

The board of directors receive no compensation from Oasis.
